A Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the country's Technical and Vocational Training Organization and the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in order to empower students and college graduates with the employment approach today was concluded on March 9, this year. According to the report, improving the competencies and professional qualifications of university students and graduates and satisfying the country's need for efficient human resources, with technical, professional and professional experience, providing employment opportunities for graduates of various academic fields, using The educational and research capacities of the two parties to carry out organizational missions and duties, and to train skilled labor and maximize the use of government investments to promote students' general skills in the field of cooperation between the two parties in the memorandum. According to the report, the establishment of a joint strategic working group with the official introduction of representatives of the two sides for the follow up, monitoring and operationalization of the Memorandum of Understanding, effective participation in the training needs assessment in the various fields of strategic and new technologies, and cooperation in the implementation of the establishment of the Qualification System Professionals and the performance of tests for determining the professional competence are in accordance with the terms and conditions of the joint commitments of the parties in the implementation of the memorandum. The report adds: Designing and implementing skill-oriented courses tailored to some of the curriculum units, especially workshop units, internships and apprenticeship requested by the Ministry, utilizing the capacity of state and nongovernmental technical and vocational training centers for students of different disciplines The university, in cooperation with the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, and the necessary foundation for the use of students from the workshops of fixed centers and urban branches covered by workshops, internships and apprenticeship units, is one of the obligations of the technical and vocational training organization of the country in the implementation of the mentioned memorandum. . According to the report, among the obligations of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, the mentioned memorandum includes: implementation of the necessary measures for the use of students of educational and research units covered by the workshop facilities of the educational centers of the organization in order to implement workshops, internships and workshops in the form of contracts Educational, collaboration with the organization in order to implement the internship plan for university graduates and labor market analysis, and identify priority jobs related to each academic field running in the academic units covered. The term of validity of this memorandum is from the date of signature for a period of four years and it is possible to extend it by agreement of the two parties and is provided in eight articles and two notes and in two copies, and has been prepared and signed by both parties.
